Everything from a simple 'spruce up', to a single room design, a whole home design, and even outdoor living spaces. This Can be as simple as decor, or as in depth as a complete renovation.

Initial Consultation

We will talk about what you expect from hiring a designer. It will include a walk-through of the room(s) you wish to change, and whether you are looking for a simple change of decor, or a full design that may include structural changes. Photos and measurements will be taken, your likes and dislikes discussed, as well as your must-haves. We will also discuss your overall budget. Initial consultation can last up to one hour, and has a flat rate of $100 within a 30 kilometer radius, or $150 within a 75 kilometer radius.

Residential Design

From colour consultation, to room design makeover, to complete design from the ground up on a brand new build - Charmed Designs works with industry professionals to ensure that projects go as smoothly as possible, and that the results make you love your home. We know that budgets can vary as much as personal tastes, but a smaller budget doesn't mean you can't have a space that you love. We will work together to create your perfect space.

Outdoor Living Spaces

In a time when we're always rushed, and stressed, it's nice to have a place where we can reconnect and recharge, and outdoor spaces can provide us with the much needed peace and calm our busy lives yearn for. From a small condo balcony, to a large suburban back yard, we can give you that little piece of serenity you long for.
