About Us

Who said skincare wasn’t supposed to be delicious and nutritious.

Whether you are a vegan committed to a plant based diet or someone that enjoys meat in healthy portions maintaining a balanced diet is critical in transforming yourself from the ordinary to the extraordinary. You want to be able to accomplish this with terrific food options.

First, not all foods are created the same, a lot of us face the challenge of consuming the daily recommended value of all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients we require, while maintaining an appropriate calorie intake.

With all the food options available today and what seems to be less time than ever to prepare proper meals due to busy lifestyles this can be an extremely difficult goal to reach.

At NuTruRoot we believe this goal can be accomplished by introducing superfoods that contain maximum nutrient density into ones diet while minimizing foods that don’t measure up nutritionally.

Who We Are

The NuTruRoot team is a collective of cooks, superfood enthusiasts and supporters of organic nutrition that are always in pursuit of natural wholefood solutions for skincare and general health related matters.

We are also dedicated to researching and furthering the understanding of how proper nutrition aids in maintain healthy skin. The added benefit is that the superfoods we include in our recipes can often contribute to multiple areas of physical and mental health.

Our Philosophy

Believe it or not great skin, health and wellbeing truly starts from the inside out, that being said diet can play major part in establishing and maintaining those pursuits.

We believe that longevity and a healthy vital outer appearance are both directly affected by several things. Considering skin is our largest organ, and what affects it also affects the majority of a human beings biological make-up, paying attention to its specific nutritional requirements is foremost.

Our Goal

To spread a wealth of information related to skin health, and truly understand the nutritional make-up of the food we consume and reap its benefits. And of course finding the best food sources to meet your daily nutritional needs and combining them in unique and delicious recipes and meal offerings.
