Welcome to Seth’s Tales Distillery; first off it’s important to know genuine rye whiskey must be made from at least 51% rye grain and aged in oak barrels, charred on the inside. The charring contributes to the whiskey’s flavor and creates its amber color. Rye whiskey is spicy with a dry finish – not as sweet as bourbon and without the smoky finish found with most scotch whiskies.

Seth being the master Rye craftsmen that he is has taken this distilling tradition into the new millennium and welcomes you to partake in his libations; and, respectfully reminds everyone to always drink responsibly.
