OUR BRAND

Our special recipe uses only the best rye grain and malt to deliver a pure expression of the taste of classic Canadian Rye Whiskey. Its flavour evolves by way of barrel aging at least six months in charred, new oak quarter casks to reach the right balance between complexity and smoothness. The result is what we consider one of the smoothest whiskies that delivers that up front spice that rye is known for, while ending with a full and round finish.

 

OUR METHOD

Using a traditional 500-gallon pot still we can tailor our distillation process to craft a flavorful, but clean spirit that is ready to be transferred into charred quarter casks for aging. Our still allows us to modify the process to produce an even more complex spirit – now being laid down in 53 gallon barrels – that will become our Seth’s Tales Rye whiskey down the road. As our rye matures, we taste each barrel and blend them together for the perfect balance.
